Tina Skrukrud is more than just another volunteer: she helps make Penn Valley what it is- a growing community that takes pride in small town values. Since moving to the Penn Valley area in 1991, Tina continuously volunteers her time and energy. She takes her role to heart. Whatever hat she is wearing: as President of the Pleasant Valley School Board, Executive Director of the Penn Valley Youth Chamber, Chairperson of Nevada County Tobacco Coalition, Chairperson of the Parents’ Advisor Committee, or Board Member of Nevada Union High School Grad Night Committee, Tina commits herself to following each responsibility through to completion.
As a Mortgage Specialist for Verger Mortgage, in Grass Valley, that dedication to do what is best comes shining through. Tina’s strongest attribute is working for the benefit of others. They say “If you want to get something done, call a busy person.” Whether she is working on a project as a volunteer or as a Mortgage Specialist, Tina gets the job done.
Family plays a major role in Tina’s life. She is married to Mark, the owner and operator of MTS Enterprises, and the mother of two teenage girls, Sara and Lynn.
You will not find a more generous, caring, dedicated person than Tina.
For home loans that close on time, Tina is the one you can trust to take care of all your needs.
