Nevada County Farm Supply has been serving northern California since 1993. We are committed to a high level of expertise in agriculture, horticulture, erosion control, and landscape design in order to provide quality products and services. We have a Certified Crop Advisor, Licensed Pest Control Advisor, and Irrigation Auditor on staff to offer professional consulting and custom advice for your farm, ranch, vineyard, construction site, garden, or yard. We have been a member of the Farm Bureau and Contractor’s Association for over 15 years and work with the Master Gardeners Association to provide additional support and services.
Nevada County Farm Supply is located in Grass Valley and Penn Valley. Our Penn Valley location is a full-service nursery with over 500 varieties of plants as well as products to accommodate all garden and landscape needs. As a highly educated and knowledgeable company, we strive to provide information, input, and innovative solutions so our customers achieve the best possible results. Our full service Nursery is located in Penn Valley. We carry over 500 varieties of plants, a large selection of products, and our experienced and knowledgeable staff is available to provide advice, answers and suggestions for your gardening and landscaping needs. We also offer consulting services and soil testing to enhance any garden or yard.

The Penn Valley True Value Hardware store is back in business with strong patronage from a grateful Penn Valley community. The store has been newly renovated and offers a diverse inventory of tools and expert advice for all your project needs.
Scott and his twin brother Jeff grew up learning the hardware business in Placerville at their father’s True Value store. Adding more to his experience, Scott spent 12 years working for Meeks Lumber and Hardware, including five years as the merchandising manager. Today he enthusiastically oversees operations at the Penn Valley Store.
Scott and his wife Rory knew within minutes of seeing the town and the store that they wanted to move to Penn Valley. Since moving to the area they have immersed themselves into the community as volunteers and sponsors of major events.
Penn Valley True Value carries a full line of tools for home improvement projects and gardening.
