Nevada County has been my home for 26 years. I am a hard worker and will do my best to provide my clients with the best loan possible. I received my degree in accounting in 1977; with that knowledge and training I am able to work with everyone, from first time buyers to investors.
I always make myself available at night, early in the morning, or on weekends to meet my client’s needs. My goal as a Mortgage Advisor is to work for you with honesty and integrity to create a loan for your specific needs.
Outside of work, I dedicate much of my time to serving our incredible community. I am proud to serve on the Board of Directors for the NEO Youth Center and the Penn Valley Union Elementary School District. Additionally, I volunteer for Chairperson of Nevada Union Grad Night, Roots & Wings Educational Foundation Golf Tournament, and I am a member of Soroptimist International of Grass Valley. In 2013, I was awarded the Citizen of the Year Award by the Nevada County Association of Realtors.
My family plays a significant role in my life. My husband, Mark, is a realtor with Foster & Associates. I am the proud mother of two daughters, Sara and Lynn, and I have one grandson, Hunter.

Biographical Info

Lori Jayne first discovered Penn Valley in 1993 and moved here for a better environment to raise her four children. She has been volunteering her time ever since at local events, as well as serving on the Ready Springs PTC board, being a Girl Scout leader for 6 years, and even cleaning kitty cages at the Nevada County Animal Shelter for the past 10 years.

Lori has volunteered with the Penn Valley Chamber of Commerce for over 10 years, and four of those years she served on the Chamber Board of Directors. Currently she is serving as an Advisor to the Chamber.

She has spent 18+ years in banking, including 11 years with Bank of America and 7 years with our local Penn Valley office of Placer Sierra Bank, in Operations and Management positions.  In 2004 she explored other career horizons by obtaining her real estate license to both process and originate residential and commercial mortgage loans.

She is very excited that she will still be able to help her mortgage clients through Tri Counties Bank, and at the same time take care of her banking customers in Penn Valley.  Lori is looking forward to seeing all of her old banking clients and providing the excellent service she is known for.

Her goal with the Chamber, as well as with her role with Tri Counties Bank, is to promote business in the area, so we can assure that our future generations will have not only ‘a way to make a living’, but the rural quality of life that she and her family continue to enjoy.

You can reach Lori Jayne at  530-432-8521
