Dragonfly Studio was founded in Penn Valley in the fall of 2005. Our studio is a peaceful place to experience the healing effects of yoga.
Yoga does more than offer beneficial “stretching.” Yoga can reduce stress, stimulate internal organ function, increase immune response, and limber muscles and joints and provide deep relaxation. Yoga brings energy and oxygen to the body, making one feel more alert, joyful and more at peace. A continuous yoga practice may help with body pain, insomnia, anxiety, depression and spiritual growth.
Classes are open to all levels and all ages. The first class is free, enabling you to find the style and time that best suits your needs.
Variety of classes include: Gentle Yoga, Soft Yoga, Yoga Based Stress Management, Fundamentals of Yoga, Yoga for Veterans, and Flow & Stretch. Please view out website for updated schedule of class times and listing of special events. All yoga classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.
